Dear Homeowners,


We are pleased to announce we will turn over the day-to-day management of the Eaglemont Community Homeowners Association (ECHOA) to the Dreston Company, headed by Richard Kuziomko.  Effective December 1, 2009, please direct all communication relative to this change to Richard at Tel: 360.540.2940 or email: eaglemont@dreston.com.


We are delighted with this appointment not only because we were able to engage a company directed by a resident of Eaglemont Community, but also because Richard brings to his position relevant background and hands-on managerial experience.  His dedicated service to ECHOA should help the growth of the community.


Richard's direct responsibility includes but is not limited to, management in the areas of finance, governance and administration for ECHOA.  The financial management will include accounting and financial reporting directly to the ECHOA Board of Directors.  It will also ensure CC&R compliance and maintain the master maintenance plan which includes landscaping services.
